To ensure that everyone has a fun and safe experience during this time, KRFTD has established the following safety guidelines:
- Extra cleaning and sanitizing of all surfaces, utensils and tools
- Ample hand washing and sanitizing
- Protective equipment will be worn, including masks and gloves
Not at all! All of our sushi classes are introductory classes and perfect for beginners.
Absolutely! That’s why we’re here! All of our sushi classes are taught by a professional sushi chef who will help and guide you every step of the way!
Yes! We recommend The Basix class for junior chefs. While we do offer classes for children, the minimum age requirement is 10 years old (with parent consent) due to the use of sharp chef knives.
We offer classes suitable for ages 10 years and up. Children will need parent consent due to the use of sharp chef knives.
Currently, our classes can accommodate a minimum of 6 people and a maximum of 12 people.
When you book with KRFTD SUSHI, we include everything you and your guests need to make sushi—the tools, utensils, ingredients, dinnerware, table setting & seating. Just bring yourself, your guests, drinks, & decorations if you’re feeling festive, and we’ll take care of the rest!
Depending on which class you select, our sushi classes are either 60 or 90 minutes long. We do require an additional hour before the class to set up, and an additional hour after the class to break everything down/clean up.
Definitely! We can gladly accommodate any dietary restrictions as long as you let us know at least one week prior to the event.
Unfortunately, we do not accept substitutions on our Sushi Classes (with the exception of dietary restrictions).
The suggested amount of space for a Sushi Class is 10’ x 14’ (for max group)
While our KRFTD Sushi Classes teach you all the basic techniques of sushi making, they are strictly for entertainment purposes. But you’ll always be a pro in our eyes.
Of course! We can gladly accommodate any dietary restrictions as long as you let us know at least one week prior to the event.
Our Private Dinners cover lunchtime too!
We do not do delivery. All of our Private Dinners are made fresh in your home by our professional sushi chef.
We require at least 2 weeks before the date of your event.
Changes to your reservation may be made no later than 48 hours prior to the event. You can let us know of any changes by going to our Contact page.
We also offer our services to the surrounding area! A travel fee of $2.50 per mile will apply to any event location outside of 20 miles from Murrieta, CA.
